Serves 1 thirsty lockdown pigeon
Preparation 5 min

Ingredients

10 cm of cucumber
1/2 lemon + a slice for garnish
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 - 4 cl gin
1,5 dl (unsweetened) tonic water
1 - 1,5 dl sweetened lingonberry (or cranberry) juice

Peel and grate the cucumber. Strain it through a sieve; use a spoon to press. Discard the flesh and pour the juice into a tall glass.
Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix to dissolve. Add the gin, tonic and lingonberry juice, mix with a long spoon and garnish with lemon.
