I made 4 cabbage based recipes for the last cooking challenge and never got around to finishing the videos in time. Here's the first of that bunch. 
Daikon Coleslaw: A Healthy, Easy, and Tasty Side Dish | asmr
(recipe follows) If you're like me and you're trying to limit carbs with your meal, this filling daikon coleslaw is a perfect replacement. The combination of cabbage and daikon have a delightful crunch and the dressing is light enough that it goes with most any dish.
100 grams julienned daikon
100 grams thinly sliced cabbage
2 grams of salt or konbu salt
Dressing
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard from
1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon sugar (depending on how much sweetness you prefer)
Directions
1. Prepare your vegetables. Add the salt and toss. Leave aside for at least ten minutes.
2. Pour off any liquid.
3. Taste. If it is too salty, rinse with water.
4. Prepare the dressing and toss into the vegetables.
5. Serve.
