Delicious and easy to make. :okay:
Chocolatey and taste like heaven :):woot:

Ingredients:
100 g soft dates
1/4 cup tahini (you can use almond butter or peanut butter)
3 tbs (tablespoon) cocoa powder
100 g dark chocolate or milky (melted)

Method:
In a bowl: Mix the soft Date and coco powder
Add the Tahini
Mix it well until becomes an even mixture.
Place the mixture into mold or a loaf tin
Freeze for 30 minutes
Melt the dark chocolate
Take the mixture out of freeze and slice them into small pieces
Deep them into the melted dark chocolate
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set
You can drizzle with white or dark chocolate or spinkle with coco powder
Enjoy!

Delightfully simple to make. Do you chop the dates up finely or leave them chunky?

N.B. I changed the display of your images to show full size. When you attach an image you need to click on 'Insert' and then 'Full image'. See below:

Thanks a lot.
I leave them chunky. If the dates are soft it will be fine to leave it big, but if it is hard It will be better if chopped it.

It looks decadent.

Silly question...are "soft" dates a thing or do you do something to dates to make them soft? I think I've only tasted them once in my life and that was decades ago.

 It is alright to ask nothing is silly.
There is some dates which have dried up that you can sink it in hot water for an hour. But ordinary/fresh date is soft and doesn't matter what kind of date there is.
