WOW........ that soup pictured above is a Thai Curry Roasted Carrot soup. Colleen said it was one of the better dinners that she has had in a long time. It is really simple, but loaded with flavors.

We kinda have a date night on a Saturday. I cook something nice for her.
She likes being spoilt. And our dinner/cards night with friends she especially enjoys.

A Non-Picky Eater and I had some pretty fine beer under a canopy at Steuben Brewing Company on Keuka Lake, with a great band playing. First actual spring weekend here and the view of the lake and vineyards was spectacular. Pretzels and cheese curds to soak up the alcohol, nothing fancy. Some days make the rest worth it.
Thank you. The best part is that we love hanging out together. Even after 34 years. She is sincerely one of the nicest people that I have ever known. Doesn't hurt that she is SEXY!!!! lol

Very good margaritas.
We bought some local trails. And grabbed a beer and waffle fries with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.
