Devilled eggs

I also wouldn’t make more than one filling. I’ll branch out and try different fillings, but it’ll be just that one filling for the batch I’m making.

Deviled eggs are pretty serious business where I live. No one in their right mind would show up at the potluck with some envelope-pushing deviled eggs, unless they’re looking to be stoned to death, so I save my deviled eggs-periments for home, because MrsT and I are heathens at heart.
 

I like the sound of both of those. My favourite devilled egg recipe has miso paste in it but Mr SSOAP really dislikes the taste of miso so I often make them without. Still good but not the same.

The first recipe though I think I happen to have a lot of the ingredients with me and bought eggs yesterday so that's rather serendipitous isn't it!
 
Made a version of MG's cajun style eggs.
Very nice. Scoffed in a flash 🤣
