murphyscreek post regarding a drink (Gibson) that he tried because he saw it in the show "Queen's Gambit".
Recipe & Video - The Gibson....

I loved the scene in "Breaking Bad" when Gus Fring makes a Chilean Fish Stew.
Found it here... Paila Marina – Gus Fring’s Chilean Fish Stew – Bakin' Bit

I cannot try it because I have a shellfish allergy but it looks delicious. I just don't think it would be the whole experience without the clams, shrimp, scallops and calamari.

What dishes and/or drinks have you made based on tv shows and/or movies you've seen? How did they turn out? ;-)

P.S. Cooking shows don't count because we are expected to try those types of dishes. ;-0

Edited to add: OK, cooking shows can count. ;-0

There is a YouTube show dedicated to replicating dishes from TV and Movies. Binging with Babish with Andrew Rea. He has a cookbook about the same subject, too.
