DIY Poultry Seasoning
Makes about 3 tablespoons
Ingredients
4 tsp ground sage
3 tsp ground thyme
2 tsp ground rosemary
1 tsp ground marjoram
1 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Put everything in a jar large enough to hold everything and then some. Screw on the lid, give it several good shakes. That's it.
