Do you like sushi?

I can't imagine there is any guarantee that I would find 3 star Michelin cuisine superior to my favorite restaurant. One of the worst restaurant meals I've ever had was at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

Yep, it happens all the time. Gordon has lost most of his stars with good reason. I was speaking in general terms and comparison purposes to the regime that differentiates a 3 star from a run of the mill restaurant.

We got takeaway from one of Singapore's leading Sushi chain restaurants last night. Not the best around - but while it is a 'conveyor belt' place it's still excellent.

Just peeking into the shot are a couple of handrolls (Salmon/avocado and soft shell crab) and some Ebi tempura.
