dressing up farro aka emmer for a side

we like farro for a change up to (other starches) - but just boiled/steamed it is a bit on the unexciting side . . . .

any experiences/ideas/suggestions for 'dressing it up'? aka more flavorful . . .

Roasted garlic and lemon pepper? Or stir in some chopped fresh spinach and feta cheese on low heat near the end until it's warmed.
 
I’m on my phone now. I have a recipe for farro on my laptop. When I go on I’ll post the recipe.
