Drinking Wine Temperature?

I rarely drink white or rose. When I drink red wine it will preferably be slightly below room temperature (note that our room temperature may be in excess of 35°C (currently 36°C ambient at 16:00).

Today, light or pale beers are better served cold.

The lager here is normally served ice cold. It kills the taste thankfully.

In the UK and in other civilised beer brewing countries I prefer the draught beer at cellar temperature, c 12°C.
