Good morning, once again. Breakfast? Coffee and a banana sounds good.

The breakfast movie will be "The 6th Day."

The mid-day movie will be "Blair Witch 2, Book of Shadows."

The late nighter will be "Cast Away."

I am seriously under-movied😂...it's been minutes of reflecting and It's a blurr...long time ago...
There was Tom Cruise in Samuray was it? There were several excellent Chinese movies, House of the Flying Daggers? Don't even remember the titles of the others...but were good, poetic, emotional, lots of swirl and fights...

None of those is my favourite though...

The mid-day movie will be an animation called "Chicken Run."

And the late night movie will be "The Crow, Salvation."

Typical for an old geriatric like me.
I get sleepless or fragmented night's sleep all the time, a new standard unfortunately...
Trying to cope best I can...so I feel for everyone that suffers the same.
Feel qigong helps or any kind of light exercise either before or after sleep...any even micro minimal movement, releases muscle tension...

But of course there are many other factors...

Great day in the morning! I'm keep'n to simple oats and a banana for breakfast with coffee. And I may do some left over fruit salad too.

The breakfast movie will be "Mission to Mars."

The mid-day movie will be "The Patriot."

The late nighter will be "The Perfect Storm."

It's time to start setting up the studio system camera and lighting.

Good morning. Breakfast is oats and a banana with my coffee.

Today's breakfast movie is "Pitch Black." This is a super scifi flick in the Riddick series.

The mid-day movie will be "Red Planet."

And for the late night movie, I picked "Reindeer Games." This is not your typical crime movie. Good.

Hello world. It's one more time vertical and head full of thought.

I have in mind for this morning's breakfast, garlic bread toasted with eggs and bacon, along with coffee, of course.

The breakfast movie will be "Tigerland."

The mid-day movie will be "U-571."

I'm going to try and do a dish pizza pie for today's meal creation.

The late night movie will be "Unbreakable."

Happy Fried Dog (Friday). I expect to do my first quinoa recipe today and look forward to it. Breakfast, by the other hand, is the typical, oats, banana and coffee.

The breakfast movie will be "Vertical Limit."

The mid-day movie will be a visit with dinosaurs, "Allosaurus, A Walking With Dinosaurs Special."

The late night movie goes scifi with "Artificial Intelligence."
