Chocolate mousse (It is a meal on its own :) , I don't have a sweet tooth, but I make an exception for some things)

Carbonade de Flamand (Flemish beef stew), got to make it again. It's been a while

Choucroute garni, otherwise known as sauerkraut, zuurkool or whatever. But with lots of meat as garnish.

For C it has got to be:

  • Cornish Pasty: a folded and crimped shortcrust pastry parcel filled with beef and vegetables, and can only come from Cornwall, England
  • Cream Tea: afternoon tea along with scones, jam and more importantly clotted cream.
  • Cottage Pie: minced beef topped with mash potatoes
  • Cumberland Sausage: a traditional chopped pork meat sausage with spices (mainly pepper) from Cumberland, England
