This has become one of my go-to dishes since it's healthy, it's easy to make and it's an effortless way to add fish to my regular diet.
- 3 white fish fillets, any kind of your preference
- 3 large carrots, shredded
- 1 large onion, diced
- half a garlic head, diced
1. In a skillet, sauté onions until softened
2. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute more
3. Add fish fillets and, using a spoon, tear them apart into smaller pieces
4. Add carrots and cook until fish fillets are cooked through
