These look great - I sometimes dust the fish fillets in my homemade “Mexican spice blend” before pan frying. It’s been ages since we had fish tacos.

One of the best bites of food I ever had was a raw fish taco but the “taco” was almost certainly a deep fried wonton wrapper. That was at a place in Manly (Sydney) called Jah Bar. A tapas place.

Fried won ton wrappers are excellent taco shells! There is a fast casual restaurant in the US that has an Asian style taco with chicken in won ton wrappers. It's about the only thing on their menu I will eat.
