Recipe Flower Power Cocktail

Flower Power Cocktail
Makes 1 drink

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce pineapple juice
3 dashes aromatic bitters
1½ ounce white rum
Ice

Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine the egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup, pineapple juice, bitters, and rum together.
Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds to foam the egg whites.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and serve.

I'm not a big fan of cocktails, - too much booze. I promised JAS_OH1 that I would do a rum and coke in the coming days, - and that's rare for me to do such a drink. But I won't go heavy on the rum, just enough for flavor.
