What is shanklish?

It's a Lebanese cheese made with yoghurt, and often dusted with oregano or paprika. Time- consuming to make because the yoghurt has to be almost dry before you can proceed.

Spinach in egg Florentine which is made using Mornay sauce

When I was a student at the RCA in London back in the 70's, I used to sometimes lunch at Dino's Italian café near South Kensington tube station. Egg Florentine was one of the few vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Well yes, but Romano is a country not an ingredient so Pecorino Romano is a particular type of cheese. Or am I being stupid?
