MS learning site is also down - is says for maintenance but parts of it are working if you don't need to watch videos so I suspect something else is going on worldwide - I will have a dig
Curiously for me however, it is running at its usual speed (which is always slow because the server is hosted in the US and I am in the southern hemisphere, so not a good combination and also that GEO satellite BB I have). starlink is not an option

Not just forums - everything is slow, slow, slow. I had to cut a language class short this evening because Google Meet lost the connection.
Pity they couldn't just loose google 
But yes, the speed problem (for the sake of a word) seems intermittent. Some threads open as usual while others seem to take for ever. That could be as a result of those threads having more content perhaps? Anyway, good to know it isn't just me or an issue with my computer

I bet if we lost Google it would all go faster. All that data mining takes processor time...Pity they couldn't just loose google

Gain a heap load more privacy as well ..... actually, we'd have privacy

It does, especially with all the ai components. Ive noticed three or more loading wheels at a time on several websites of late.

My end comes and goes and it's more a function of me living so far from a tower.
That's the trouble we have with cell service - where I am, we get nothing, 1 mile up the road and we get a near perfect signal. But verizon, in its infinite wisdom, has chosen NOT to put any more towers in due to cost. They don't mind taking money for phones and plans tyhey claim work in our area though
