I know that folks consider Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" as the album to play when assessing the sound quality of your system but I prefer "Carl Orff's Carmina Burana" (my copy is Richard Hickox conducting the London Symphony Orchestra and Chorus) or Pink Floyd's "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" from their live "Delicate Sound of Thunder" album (Nassau Coliseum - New York 1988).

With the front-mounted built-in Audio In jack & an audio cable, I'm able to wire the sound of the TV right into the stereo receiver and its speaker system for stereo sound almost like a home theater!
My smart phone is paired with the stereo for wireless Bluetooth streaming of the music right into the stereo's speaker system!
