In an hour to take on Justin Yu and look around Texas, I hate the guy, he's a tool IMHO. But I will watch to see his take on Texas.
Especially his take on the lone star state. I might see caseydog on it? Maybe roping a steer ?
I expect steaks to be prominent !

He'll probably say we do everything wrong. I've seen him cook a steak, and was not impressed.

Justin Yu's restaurant (Houston) menu is not very Texan.

He kills and cooks a rattlesnake and whined constantly about having to catch it with tongs, pretty much did a lot of whining in the last couple episodes before that. I don't remember what else he cooked, was reading while it was on.

Same episode, snake cooked in piece of cactus looked alright. Agree on the whining. 20 mins to go yet.
