I’ve never been able to “cure” a hangover - once I’ve got one, my only option is to sleep it off. I also can’t eat while hungover (well, I can eat, but I can’t keep anything down).
I used to complain about how bad hangovers in my 30s were - and now I’m past 40 they’re even worse!
That having been said, I find being well hydrated does help mitigate/prevent the hangover. There’s also that one old weird trick - drink less! I paced myself pretty well on New Years Eve and felt fine the next morning (tired, but more from staying up late than the booze).
