Has anyone Seen This Gadget?

All these alternates for processing garlic just seem to be a solution in search of a problem. Like some others have mentioned…knife + garlic + <30 seconds = sliced/chopped/minced/crushed garlic (obviously, if someone has some sort of physical limitation with a knife, that’s different).

My sister bought me a rolling garlic chopper, sort of like a little Matchbox car, meant to be rolled over garlic pieces.

Absolute disaster - first, you had to use a knife to cut the garlic down into small enough pieces for the cutter to roll over. Then, the sticky garlic bits would stick to the round blades and travel up into the garlic cutter housing, which had to be disassembled in order to pick the minced garlic out of, and then the matter of cleaning it…oof!

Garlic (fresh) can also be kept in the freezer, especially if you have too much of it. There, it won't get moldy.

i usually vacuum seal it first, to get the excess air out. That's extra assurance the no air gets inside to dry it out and freezer-burn it.

Our minced garlic is covered in something that's not tasting good
Could be citric acid or sodium benzoate or both. Sort of okay to cook with, but not in sauces or anything.
I rather buy bulbs and deal with peeling etc
Yep, me too!

That seems like a lot of work and the vacuum seal is not cheap. My clove of garlic is 65c.

Come to think of it, it also comes frozen. I went to Whole Foods once. They were out of the fresh garlic. I wanted it bad. So I looked over in the frozen food section. They had it there. I see nothing wrong with buying frozen garlic. To me, garlic is garlic.
