Hello

One of the most pro-health curry recipe - Healthy Papaya Curry

Ingredients

mustard oil
Papaya - 1 medium size
Potato - 1 medium size
Tomato - 1 medium size
Coriander leaves
Grated coconut
Garlic cloves
Panchphoran
Green chilly
Salt
turmeric

Process
Heat mustard oil in a cooker.
Add panchphoran, green chilly and crushed garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add potato cubes and raw papaya cubes. Saute well for 2 mins.
Now add tomatoes, salt and turmeric. Saute well and then add grated coconut.
Half cup water towards the end.
Cover the lid and wait for 2 whistles.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with phulkas and rotis.
