I dislike eggplant except when thinly sliced, battered,, and fried, and even then it's just ok. Do you like peppers?

I’ve added a casual chat room to CookingBites as a place for off-topic banter, light conversation, and short-lived chit-chat that doesn’t belong in forum threads. I cancel my vote, chances that I can participate are limited anyway. I missed the last one too.
I like the idea of stuffed peppers too. Its very versatile. It has most 'positive mentions' to date.

Heck, I don't even use green in my trinity! Can't stand green bell but I do like jalapeños.
Rather than prolong the discussion lets go with stuffed peppers for September 'Dish of the month'. It has by far the most positive mentions in this thread. Its versatile, can be served hot, cold or room temperature and made vegan/vegetarian. It can also include stuffed chillies. Thanks for suggesting it Herbaceous!
