Yeah, i won't touch those....Interesting. Still, I believe everyone has their limits. Sometimes you can exceed them, but most times, it just gets uncomfortable.
I grew ghost peppers (naga jolokia) a few years ago; they're insanely hot (about 1,200,000 SU) so caution is the key, otherwise, you just get a nightmare meal. Carolina Reapers are almost twice as hot.
Hottest I eat are probably madam janet, scotch bonnet, habanero and african piri piri peppers.
And bird's eye chili's (or tjabé/cabe peppers)
