I made pickled eggs and here's the video I made showing what I did, I really hope it inspires someone to try, it's really easy and pickled eggs are delish!!! My first jar is almost empty already.

It's the first cooking video I have made so hope to improve with practice:-

I hope to make more vids of my sausage rolls, pulled pork, pickled shallots and homemade mead.

Great! You might have noticed I do quite a lot of egg pickling too! Its great fun to do beetroot pickled eggs and turmeric eggs as shown in the these posts:

Its also good to try a really hot chilli pickling brine!

I recently (last weekend) made some more pickled eggs, beetroot pickled eggs, chili and garlic pickled eggs, pickled shallots and some pickled garlic and chilies. The chili vinegar was pretty potent too.
