Because of the pain and meds recently sleep has become elusive.

DON'T JUDGE ME ON THIS.

I stumbled across Audiology Associates on youtube. They post earwax removal videos, now their soothing Welsh accents and the action of wax and keratin ribbon removal just manage to zone me out and block the noises of the real world. I drift off to sleep before even the first video is finished. Yes I know how weird it is, but I also know I am not the only one it works for. Get your Rosen Inserters at the ready:

I used to have sleep problem in my 40s, however lately, maybe since I retire and don't eat anything past 3PM, I do sleep from 10PM to 6:00AM or maybe later even.

What I do differently is do some floor exercises for 15 minutes around 8:00PM, and dance to 4 songs. After that I can serve the internet, watching youtube about tropical plants, and when I drift off on and off, that’s when I know to go upstairs to sleep.
