I see what you mean, is what we called crudaiola, a pasta with fresh uncooked tomato sauce....it will be great to see a photo from you about it!

This should be the best time of year when juicey ripe tomatoes are at their peak. I rub a cut clove of garlic in the serving bowls before adding the hot cooked pasta, saving a ladel of the pasta water. Just a few fresh ingredients - chopped fresh tomatoes, chopped garlic, evoo, fresh basil & parm cheese. I have to remember the Italian name for it, as I've not heard it before. Thank you.
