The stuff I bought does have alcohol in it, but it is not sake and the stuff is top heavy with corn starch and high fructose corn syrup. That's rubbish for what mirin is supposed to be.

Nice flyinglentris That is the same brand I use and I particularly enjoy the Ebi, Salmon, and Wasabi.
