What do you plan to do with your Easter leftovers if you have any after the holiday?

Leftovers can be transformed into something new & fresh - to make them look like they are hit sensation with the family!! :wink:

It could make pease pudding too (although the ham hock, with meat on it, is generally used!)
Are you familiar with that?

Ah it's a British thing I think. Well it's relatively easy peasy but longy wongy cooking time wise! :happy:

It's yellow split peas held in a muslin bag in the cooking water of the ham. They swell up and then you mash them. VERY tasty! You can get small tins of it here too - nowhere near as good though.
