Kitchen Scales

I think most experienced cooks in the US have worked in grams. It is not uncommon to find recipes in grams.
I tend to flip back and forth, depending on the recipe I’m following.

My own notes, though, I usually stick with what I was raised with. The pizzas I made today call for 1-2/3rds cups of flour, and I have a little note scribbled on the inside of the cabinet door that says 7-1/4oz.
 
I am using TANITA - KJ-212-WH Digital Kitchen Scale
I only use scale for making bread or cake
love this one because it can measure with 0.1g graduation and Liquid Measurement Mode
