They were so good! We had plenty of fresh herbs from the garden and roasted garlic for the marinade.

Lamb chops remind me of caravan holidays from my childhood - Mum serving up lamb chops at a table outside and us sitting around the table eating the chops with our fingers. No idea what was served with them.

I guess that's really popular, but for some reason, I don't like mint with meat. I like mint in my tea and that's about it. Oh and mint flavored candies or gum.
