Recipe Lime cheesecake

Not even I am an expert, far from it, but when I am in the UK I often eat Clotted cream made by Rodda's which seems to be a sort of institution - based on what I have read on the Internet. But it will certainly not be the only one!
Have a nice quiz!
I visited a small cafe yesterday and quizzed the locals. Rodda's has it due to its creamy taste, firm texture and decent crust. Interestingly, the locals pronounce it as "Rodd's", dropping the "a" off the end. I was instructed to always put them jam on the scone first, then the cream. The discussion then progressed to the pronunciation of scone vs. scon, at which point I excused myself!
