I've had bahn mi with little meatballs.
Does that count?
That would be meatballs, pickled carrot/daikon, cilantro, chili sauce, cucumber and more.
The original ones would have margarine and mayo. I generally leave those out and use a yoghurt chili base

We have those too! With a mayo/sriracha sauce.

Ok, the meatball sub is nothing more than 'Cuzzetiello napoletano', aka bread with meatballs in tomato sauce (panino con polpette al sugo). Nothing else added, just juicy saucy greasy meatballs in tomato sauce

Mine would be sri racha on its own, or sri racha - yoghurt

Yes, I'm not discerning about the shape. Meatloaf has 6 sides and a meatball 1...
