I have this “ recipe “. It’s adapted from school night vegan.
Ingredients
Tapioca starch ( 1/3 cup)
60ml barrista oat milk ( Oatly is best it has the fat and sugar. If you cannot get/ want that sub w/ 50g silken tofu,1 tbsp oil and a tsp agave syrup)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1+1/2 tsp kappa carrageenan
250 ml boiling water
Tsp hing/ garlic +onion power
Optional. : Splash of liquid smoke
Method:
Blend it all up
Heat on a stove and then whisk until thick.
Pour into Tupperware to cool.
Keeps for a week? Dunno, ‘cos I eat it.
