This is a Chinese dish that we inherited from our forefathers, so to speak.

Ingredients: White Chinese noodles called sotanghon, 1/4 kilo of green mung beans, some strips of pork belly, garlic, onion, soy sauce, black pepper

Procedure:
1. Boil the mung beans until the beans are opened. Remove the rind.
2. Fry the pork belly strips until brown and put in a plate.
3. Saute the garlic and onions in a pan. Add a cup of water before adding the sotanghon. Boil until the sotanghon gets soft. Add water if necessary.
4. Add the mung beans to the sotanghon. Add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and a dash of black pepper.
5. Serve hot.
