My ultimate breakfast is...

Lots of Italian roast coffee

Best wholegrain buttered toast and Seville marmalade

Mixed fruit and berries and greek yogurt with nuts SatNavSaysStraightOn style

A plate with an eight ounce/250g piece of poached wild salmon, maybe some tartar sauce, some fish eggs/caviar of any sort, two scrambled eggs with some quarter slices of toast.

More coffee

I vaguely remember a breakfast on 1st May, 1972. I was an Academical Clerk (in other words, I sang in the choir every day) at Magdalen College, Oxford.Tradition (about 50 years) had it that, at 6am on the 1st May, the choir ascended Magdalen Tower and sang Hymnus Eucharisticus on top of the tower.
Magdalen, 1st May
First of all, for a 19 year old student to wake up at 5am to climb up 100 stairs and sing was mission impossible. The entire choir stayed awake, all night, in my room.Secondly, we were all terrified because of (a) the choirmaster, who was utterly implacable and (b) because we were being recorded by Deutsche Gramofon.
Anyway, the biggest challenge of all was to see whether the college President, an incredible lawyer and intellectual who was 6' 4" and weighed about 120 kgs, would make it up the stairs. He did.
We sang. There were hundreds of students down below, on the bridge, in punts on the river, in the High St. We finished our little concert and then went into the Dining Hall for breakfast.
Cereal. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. A full English. Strawberries and cream.
And then ( around 8.30am) out came the champagne and Cuban cigars. Yes, seriously.

Holy Toledo, that's a lot of food!

Not really. Its a fantasy! 😅 Or a long brunch. Poached fish doesn't take up much room. Other than that, bits of toast and fruit wouldn't be massive. Could easily eat that over an hour or three. A full English is much bigger!

Yeah I had a bigger appetite when I was younger. Now at 64, what you've described is 2 meals for me.
