Nasi Ulam

I'll have to ask my aunties about this one as I've never seen or heard of it either (and I'm a Peranakan!).

I consulted 'Mrs Lee's Cookbook' which is sort of the classic/de facto Peranakan/Nonya recipe tome and it isn't in there either, so this seems rather an obscure (albeit very tasty looking with all the herbs and chopped veg in the rice) one.
 
Did a bit more Googling and there are a couple of hawkers on the island that do sell it. This one looks good and I might try to go down there next week:
