Looks really good! Not come across several of the ingredients - guessing they're very local. Do you know them? Thanks for posting!
I'll have to ask my aunties about this one as I've never seen or heard of it either (and I'm a Peranakan!).
I consulted 'Mrs Lee's Cookbook' which is sort of the classic/de facto Peranakan/Nonya recipe tome and it isn't in there either, so this seems rather an obscure (albeit very tasty looking with all the herbs and chopped veg in the rice) one.
