Recipe Okonomiyaki -- savory Japanese pancakes

Did it again. I only had a small amount of wombok cabbage but I had a bag of pre-shredded cabbage, carrot, beet & kale (super good mix 🙄 ) so used that and I added a spoon of fish sauce, a tsp of salt & increased the instant Dashi granules by 1/2 a tsp.

Worked a treat.
