I use sunflower oil but a pure high grade brand. I must say, I've never had an issue where I taste the oil in the food afterwards. I've never tried olive oil, but one day I will. When my pocket allows it, lol. Here where I live, it's expensive up to high heaven and the bottles are so tiny you can give it to a pixie.
