Orange Smoothie
Yields 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 frozen Banana, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium Orange, peeled & diced *
1 6oz. Container of Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup unsweetened milk (nut, soy, animal)
Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a 3cup container, such as the one that comes with most Immersion Blenders or a 1-quart measuring cup.
Blend well with an Immersion Blender until smooth.
Alternate Method:
Place all the ingredients into the jug of a countertop blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass.
*Cook’s Note: You can use 2 Clementines here instead.
