Palm Kernel Oil

Has anyone used Palm Kernel Oil to cook or bake? If so, what recipes have you used?
I checked on Amazon and it seems to be something that's applied to skin.

Just trying to broaden out the topic - have you used any of the other palm or coconut oils? Possibly quite similar.

I used to use a lot of coconut oil for the MCT's when I was on the keto diet but it's not an option anymore.
