I'm buying frozen Alaskan Pollock fillets, every supermarket sells them and they are the cheapest fish , not great flavour but not bad if you marinade them, how do i pan fry them without them falling to bits or going soggy ?
I'm cutting out deep frying and battered fish now, it was not doing me any good.
