This is really good to whip up in the morning when you’re looking for something light. This uses ingredients I almost always have on hand, so it’s an easy fallback for me.
I think I originally got this recipe from Bad Manners (formerly Thug Kitchen).
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (I usually use oat or nut milk)
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp oats (rolled oat or quick oats will both work)
Couple ice cubes
Directions:
Throw everything in your blender and whirl until smooth. Serves 1.
