Recipe Peanut butter fudge

I haven't made this in quite a while so no picture. This was my mother's recipe and I remember her making it from when I was small, so it's  oolldd!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup evaporated milk

DIRECTIONS

Using an electric skillet or induction type burner, set temperature at 280. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn pan off and add:

1 cup miniature marshmellows
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Blend well, stirring until smooth and glossy. Pour in an 8x8 pan lightly buttered pan. Refrigerate until partially set, cut into desired size pieces, return to refrigerator and let sit until hardened. Turn out and re-cut if needed.
