Hi to every one.
I am here today to say to you a majestic recipe for a Iranian food named "Qelye Mahi".
ingredients:
500 grams of fish
250 grams of eaten coriander
50 grams of fenugreek eaten
Five cloves of garlic
250 grams of tamarind
A medium onion
A tablespoon of turmeric jam
Two tablespoons of wheat flour
Oil, salt and pepper as needed

1. Chop the onion and fry in some oil until golden.
2. Mash garlic, salt, pepper and turmeric well in a mortar; Then add it to the onion to cook for a few seconds.
3. Then pour the finely chopped vegetables in the pan and fry well.
4. Pour half a glass (standard portion) of water into the pan and allow the vegetables to cook slightly.
5. Chop the fish into large pieces, season with salt and let it taste.
6. Soak tamarind in two glasses of water and add flour.
7. Put tamarind in a strainer or basket to drain; At the same time, press with a good hand until the water is completely separated.
8. Add another glass of water to the tamarind pulp and then strain it.
9. Finally, you have three glasses of tamarind juice that you have to pour with vegetables and roasted onions in a pot and put it on the heat to boil.
10. Wash the fish to remove the salt and then add it to the pot.
11. Be sure to leave the pot half open.
12. Depending on the type of fish, it may take between 20 and 30 minutes for the fish to cook.
13. Lower the bottom of the pot and place it in the same semi-open position until the rope fits, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
14. Fish meat becomes very sour and salty due to its cooking in tamarind.

Hi there. I love the idea of fish in tamarind.

A few questions:

Can you please explain what you mean by 'eaten fenugreek' and 'coriander eaten' and also what is 'turmeric jam'? You mention vegetable in the method yet they are not listed in the ingredients (unless you mean the coriander and fenugreek).
