Ciao a tutti,
Took me a while to find this in files. I used to make for my children birthday party I have not made for years. For this I assume that all are familiar with make Pizza doughs. But make dough with no salt. Half a Pizza is enough for each person. I think it should not technically be named Pizza and I think frowned upon at home!
You can use any fruits.
You will need -
Pizza dough with no salt.
250 g Ricotta.
1 Orange.
1 Lemon Amalfi are best.
2 -3 Pears.
300 g Strawberries.
1 Small Pineapple.
Unsweetened Cocoa.
