Ciao a tutti,

Took me a while to find this in files. I used to make for my children birthday party I have not made for years. For this I assume that all are familiar with make Pizza doughs. But make dough with no salt. Half a Pizza is enough for each person. I think it should not technically be named Pizza and I think frowned upon at home!
You can use any fruits.

You will need -

Pizza dough with no salt.
250 g Ricotta.
1 Orange.
1 Lemon Amalfi are best.
2 -3 Pears.
300 g Strawberries.
1 Small Pineapple.
Unsweetened Cocoa.
Milk.

Method -
  1. Make Pizza dough and rest for an hour.
  2. Wash fruit, Peel Pineapple and cut into cubes.
  3. Slice the citrus fruit do not take off the skins.
  4. Put Ricotta in a bowl then add half a glass of milk.
  5. Mix the cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Roll the Pizza bases.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes 390F.
  8. Put 6 tablespoons of cocoa in a mixing bowl and half glass of hot milk.
  9. Mix until thick Syrup is made. Keep this warm.
  10. Take the bases and spread the Ricotta on.
  11. Top with fruit and put back in the oven for 5 minute.
  12. Drizzle the cocoa syrup on top.
You can serve with a little Vanilla Gelato.

We've made dessert pizzas before. Not really fond of them as I'm not much of a sweets eater.
