Pizza, How Hot???

Thankyou.
Have you tried quinoa flour before? Curious about how it tastes and compares to other gluten-free flours. I've tried almond and tapioca flours but I was making pie crust I think so I didn't get a gage on how it tasted on it's own. I suppose with pizza crust it'd be the same thing...

I have but in all honesty I gave up on other flours performing comparably a long time ago.
It’s only the arrival of Caputo Gluten Free that has recently reinvigorated my love of wheaty recipes.

I bought ingredients to make very thin pizza tomorrow, no yeast, just flour, olive oil, and water. My toppings would be hot Italian sausage, leftover Thanksgiving ham, basil, tomato, red onion. I also didn’t buy mozzarella, I’m going to be using Jalbert cheese, and some Parmesan cheese. Stay tune for the experiment.
