Pizza Ovens

Different oven. Mines not an Ooni.
Tis 20mins up to temp and 2.30mins per pizza with a lot of buggering about in-between while people slowly fuss over what toppings to put on and that’s generally what causes the oven to be on for about 40mins.
My DH's cousin has this 5 shelf (I think it's 5) rack and he has everyone put their toppings on and he puts the pizzas on the rack, so then he can cook them quickly one after another with no wait in between for people to fuss. And then people are in the kitchen making their next ones and bring them out, he slides them on the rack, and so forth.
But my kitchen is hot, especially in the winter when the central heatings going full blast so theres not a chance I’d turn a pizza oven on in there, even a normal oven is a bit too much.
I have a high vaulted ceiling in my kitchen/dining room area and it's the coldest area of our downstairs (the guest room above the garage is pretty frigid). In the winter it's quite nice to have an additional heat source.

It's an enclosed system with a lid, so it wouldn't be any different than turning on the self-cleaning feature of my oven. Yeah, it does get to 800F, but I was reading some reviews and people were saying that the recommended setting of 800F was too high and that they had to play with the temperatures a bit to get it right. I liked the price of it but I didn't like the mixed reviews, so when I said I will wait, I really meant I will wait for something better to come on the market for indoor use. I also don't want to smoke up my house and some people who didn't know about the recommended temp being too high said they had a ton of smoke in their house, plus burnt on dough and cheese. Oh yeah, and some said it was not easy to clean (the ones who burned their pizzas, LOL). There were actually a lot of reviewers that figured it out quickly and loved it, but I am always wary because I don't know if some people were paid or otherwise incentivized for their glowing reviews.

Don't know that type but it looks like a type I contemplated buying.
Think it was ferrari, but it wasn't red.
Will try and find out
Well got that totally wrong. It's red, but an optima

Looks pretty good.
I think that the paid reviews are often balanced out by the urr looking for the least offence term, nope can’t find one, by the moron reviews 😂

Had a look, it does look very promising.
Is there and electrical outlet that offers a good guarantee and/or returns policy you could buy it from?

I’ve seen them but not bought because Gluten Free pizza dough is very wet.
You can’t leave it to sit on the pizza peel for even a few minutes without it gluing itself down.
If you use enough flour underneath that will take you moving it and re-flouring the bottom at least four times, that’s times consuming so you may as well just cook it 🤷‍♀️

Parchment paper? Or will it stick to the paper also?
