Cast Iron Skillet Rolls... these yeasted dinner rolls are absolutely fantastic!!
Now ... of course I emphasize plan to do this today :happy:
 
Beautiful weather here, so I may toss something on the grill (BBQ) later. We are in Daylight saving time, so it will stay light later, too.

Plans for Sunday. Get up WAY too early to go to a photographer's meeting at Texas Motor Speedway. I'm am shooting an Indycar race as a favor to a customer, and the meeting is required -- and is at 8AM. That's four hours before the pre-race ceremony. I'll have to leave my house at 6:30AM.

It is an oval track race, so I have very little interest in it, and it is going to be hard to get visually interesting shots.

I never got the appeal of oval raving, it does seem to be particularly boring, but the crashes tend to be quite spectacular.
