About to "create" 2 sourdough bread thingy's in the uuni pizza oven.
1 dough ball was used for pizza yesterday
3 remaining after today...

Work, laundry, make some bread, run into town to meet our Democrat (opposition) gubernatorial candidate (Dr. Amy Acton).

Sourdough bread thingy's
Quite a bit of guess work to figure out how long to keep them out of the fridge before baking.
These were shaped straight out of the fridge and baked about 30 minutes later

I do, she’s brilliant.

Political gatherings aren’t really my thing, but given where I live, she’s probably going to get seven attendees…and five of them will be there to be disruptive - I’ve got to go and help even out the mix.

Edit: He is not even vaguely interested in fixing it, he’s pretty cross with it and left to his own devices it would probably go in the bin!

Make him stand over that instant pot for the next 4 hours until it comes out right!!

Plans for today:
English class with a young lady who speaks really good English, but wants to expand her vocabulary.
Finalise Indian Food menu for the golf club event.
Itemise all the ingredients so the chef knows what to buy...

I FINALLY have a free day on Thursday AND Friday!!!
I'm going to have to calm myself down first and plot out what I want to get done!
There's a LONG laundry list of what I'd LIKE to do!

Most of today has gone...
Listening to hyena's laughing/calling.
Having a glass of red wine
Hoping my main guy is back today as I got a boat hire tomorrow (and he's my boat driver).
Fingers crossed and I'll just have another glass of red wine.
Can't call him as no network (it's dark, tower runs on solar, but batteries are f@#$ed)
